What direction do people see kane going in? In a few months time will he still be in the authority or doing something else? Personally I would like him to go back right to the start wearing the original attire he started in. Although saying that has the fact that he's become a bitch for the authority ruined his chances of being that demon again?

His whole run with the authority has weakened him massively especially as he's been gotten the better of a lot. If he turned against be authority he'll be nowhere near the force he once was. I don't think he'll ever be a convincing Big red monster again

{Ed007's Note - Spot on, unless it's something to special to get the change over it would be a bit of a cheap pop kind of thing to me.}

They should not have allowed Kane and J & J to accept Rollins' apology. This would have helped in 2 ways. Kane could have continued as the voice and muscle of the Authority as this is the only credible way forward for him. It would also have cut Rollins loose. He could then develop into either a fighting champion or a proper heel champion. As it is I think they have tied Rollins so tightly in being dependent on others that it will be very hard for him to develop further.

I think we'll see a lot of undertaker-esque bits from Kane, Lights out, music playing, ring post pyros, etc. while Rollins is competing in matches (after he's lost to Lesnar) before he returns at either SummerSlam or Survivor Series as the monster Kane and goes 1v1 with Rollins.

whether it's plausible or not doesn't really matter to the WWE, as we all know they like to pretend things never happened.

Also notice that he's called Corporate Kane, not Kane. Perhaps an alter ego thing similar to Dude Live, Mick Foley, Cactus Jack & Mankind is the way the WWE will take this?

I've been a fan of Kane down the years & respect the hell out of him but its time to just go. No more fueds, no more main event or even midcard matches, no big red machine, corporate kane or any gimmick. Just give the man a legends contract & a hall of fame spot & call it a day.

He's stated that he doesn't plan on retiring any time soon. As long as he's still having fun he'll keep doing it. I'm sure continuing to make seven figures each year helps keep it fun.

Winning the Rumble match, King of the ring, and U.S. title are the only things he hasn't done. He'll turn 50 not to long after Wrestlemania 33. Later during that year in October it will mark 20 years as Kane. His 20th anniversary with the company was actually last month but there was nothing done for it because, you know, Isaac Yankem, fake Diesel, and reasons.

When he comes back it's starting to look like it will be masked and as a face to of course go after Rollins. I wouldn't mind a Hell in a Cell match between the two(hopefully not for the title.) Then teaming with Undertaker one last time at Survivor Series. Eventually when Daniel Bryan comes back, I still think they will end up tagging again with the modified name of Hell Yes.

Kane used to be a great wrestler, a demonic figure and a real destroyer in the ring. His problems really started when he teamed up with Bryan and the WWE decided to make a joke out of both wrestlers with the 'psychiatric' treatment being used a comic time-filler.
Nobody could take Kane seriously after this, even though Bryan fell on his feet with that ridiculous Yes movement more through luck than judgement.
It was just too big a swing from his previous character to becoming a big man in the ring who couldn't now beat much smaller men than him. I also think the banning of the tombstone pile-driver cost Kane a lot more than it did the Undertaker who was a much more rounded and talented wrestler with more charisma.
Kane should stick to the Authority, but I anticipate a feud coming with Rollins, maybe even after Battleground, as he refuses to help Rollins beat Lesnar. Could be we will see Rollins v Kane at Summerslam in a chance for both to take their current characters in a different direction.

In terms of Kane being a demonic figure, his problems started all the way back in 99' when they had him team with X-Pac, and he used an electrolayrnx to talk.

Teaming with Hurricane and the Katie Vick stuff. Teaming with RVD and his unmasking. The Lita saga, and May 19th just made thing worse.

I know what you are saying Jables, but Kane won the title again in 2010. The 'comic' mentoring sessions destroyed him as a force.

I think he could be made to be a force again, I'm just pessimistic they have the desire, creativity, and/or freedom to do it right.

I'd like to see one thing they haven't done, which is unmasked "corperate Kane" be evil.

Set some stuff on fire, be the demon, but in his normal gear, don't dress him up as the fire and brimstone Kane, just make him horrible and book him strong.

That's something the crowd could hate for the right reasons.
