I am looking forward to Survivor Series as for the first time in a while, there are a number of matches that are genuinely 50-50.
Amore/ Kalisto isn't one and Amore will retain.
Miz/ Corbin. This could go either way, but Corbin needs it more so I will go for him. Miz can always carry a loss.
Women's series - RAW with Asuka tapping out Lynch to win.
The Bar/ Usos. This could be a corker. I will just go for The Bar.
Bliss/ Flair - Flair to win and to start building her up to face Rousey at Mania.
Survivor Series - lots of possibilities here. Will Owen and Zayn screw Shane? Will Jordan get revenge on HHH or Kane attack Strowman? Will Angle and HHH be able to get on? I am just going for RAW here.
Shield/ New Day. A Shield win. It's too early for the break up to start.
Lesnar/ Styles. Lesnar to win. Only alternative I can see is a Styles win by disqualification if Mahal gets involved.
I also wouldn't be surprised if none of my predictions are right.
Like I said, looking forward to this one.

HHH joining the Shield on a show in Glasgow?
That is just wrong. He was responsible for Rollins breaking up the Shield last time and how did Rollins actually earned his Kingslayer monicker?
I know that they are waiting for Reigns to come back, and I know the WWE don't mind re-writing history but this is a step too far.
On another note, Kane, Angle and now HHH returning shows a lack of new superstars. WWE creative must push new talent. Relying on nostalgia is just lazy.

It wasn't on telly so didn't happen the fans loved it so was a good thing. you need the big names coming back imo build them back up to get beat of the future it's a long term plan look at how well it worked for y2j coming and going.

2.) 03 Nov 2017 11:20:39
Jericho is 46. HHH is 48. Kane is 50. Angle is 48. Goldberg is 50. Even someone like Matt Hardy is 43 and he is really showing his age and has slowed right down due to a hard life and career.
These were all great wrestlers at their best, but not now.
What is the point of having Kane destroy Balor, Ambrose and Rollins when we know that he will be fed to Strowman and then Kane will disappear again.
The current plot line with Mickie James is her fighting to show she is not too old and she is still in her 30's. All the nostalgia stars are far older than her.
They are being rolled out for cheap cheers and nothing less.
I have no interest in watching masters wrestling.

It's a house show, Trips was covering for reigns.
WWE never acknowledge house shows. I actually thought it was a good thing as fans went home happy!

4.) 03 Nov 2017 14:10:23
The headline on today's WWE homepage is 'The Shield recruit HHH in Glasgow' so the are acknowledging it.
I know I am going on about this and apologies for it. I know HHH was filling in for Reigns. I also am glad that the fans went home happy, but how long can they keep dragging the old names out and what are they going to do when they can't do it anymore?
I dare say Cena and Orton will be able to do this in a few years for more of the same old same old, but wouldn't it be refreshing if they didn't have to?

5.) 04 Nov 2017 01:19:45
I do get what you're saying about the older guys. Especially with the younger talent, I think that's all on Vince and Dunn. If you look at trips he's all about investing in the future, Vince seems to be sacking the future off.

6.) 06 Nov 2017 09:50:54
I think in the UK shows someone like Balor joining up for a match or 2 in front of the home crowd would have been great. I think sometimes Triple H likes to boost his own ego by putting himself in these big matches. A bit like him Vs Sting in Sting's first match in WWE when we all know it should have been Taker.

7.) 06 Nov 2017 11:17:54
I tend to agree that if it didn't happen on TV it didn't happen.

8.) 07 Nov 2017 16:35:23
The if it didn't happen on TV it didn't happen is a lot harder to argue these days as everything is filmed and reported by someone.
If it didn't happen on TV then Styles never defeated Owens for the US title in July at MSG.

Rumour has it that Shane will announce that he will be a member of the 5 man Smackdown team. I dare say he will be alongside Orton, Nakamura, Roode and Styles.
This will open the door to Angle being a part of Team Raw now that McMahon has made it 'personal'.
I reckon the other RAW members will be Reigns (if he has recovered) Balor, Joe and Strowman.
I am not going to go on about Shane again as I have done so a few times in the past, but does this mean that Owens and Zayn will get involved somehow and cost Smackdown pissing Shane off even more?

Apparently Neville walked out of RAW on Monday as he was scheduled to lose to Amore again. Kalisto's match was a late replacement.
If this is true, it would be a shame for Neville as he has proved himself to be a really good heel, but it would be a disaster for the already struggling cruiserweight division.
Vince is supposed to have booked Neville' losing match and is supposedly the only person in the WWE who rates Amore.

I think Neville hasn't really done anything since he came up from NXT, he is certainly never featured as anything other than a midcard guy.

I think a he is in a great position with the indie wrestling business being so up.

I see the Bucks have teased him joining the Bullet Club, which sounds like its printing money, and making its own schedules.

2.) 13 Oct 2017 13:11:20
He is legit one of the best wrestlers in the company but Vince and his weird big guy fascination he never books these guys well.
again, everything that nxt have made successful Vince and Kevin Dunn have screwed it up.
I'm done with wwe and the current product.
Most of the current guys would be best to leave for the indies.

3.) 13 Oct 2017 20:03:58
Being a midcard guy is not a bad thing, but being made to look like an idiot to push someone like Amore is.
Granted, Neville may be being a bit precious about this, but I agree, the indies will welcome him with open arms.

4.) 14 Oct 2017 12:12:21
I read he was pissed about being left off mania too. Aries pretty much left for the same reasons.

No Mercy predictions:
Balor v Wyatt
Hard to get excited about this one. Who should win? Balor to put this pointless feud to bed. Who will win? Wyatt to drag this out way beyond it's sell by date.
Women's Fatal 5-Way match
Who should win? Bliss. Who will win? Bliss.
Cruiser Title
Who should win? Neville. Who will win? Neville. An Amore win would be a joke.
Tag team
Who should win? The Bar. Who will win? The mini-Shield.
I only say The Bar should win as I really like them.
Intercontintal
Who should win? The Miz, Who will win? The Miz. Too soon for Jordan and the Miz deserves to carry on as champ for his stellar work.
Reigns/ Cena
Who should win? Reigns unless we actually see Cena cheat to win. Who will win? Reigns.
Universal Championship
Who deserves to win? Strowman. Who will win? Lesnar. They have built Strowman up so much, but I am sure Lesnar has something in his contract stipulating that he will be champ until Mania. If Lesnar does win it has got to be in a way that keeps Strowman looking strong. Lesnar having to be stretchered out or someone like Joe interfering.

Well, a petty average PPV with a couple of rubbish matches (Divas was awful and Barrett/Neville was pointless) and some good ones.
I am liking the New Day more and more and Kidd & Cesaro are talented enough to be able to sell the match. New Day are the best heels in the tag team division for a long time. Be interesting to see how they cope at the Elimination Chamber in a cage and no outside interference.
I enjoyed the Sheamus/Ziggler match but this feud has now run it's course. Both will be in the Chamber for the IC belt which Sheamus will win. Heel champ for the IC while Cena holds the US.
Speaking of Cena, another good match with Rusev, but I wish the ref didn't have to stick the mike in to ask if either quit so many times as it interrupted the flow of the match. Of course we will find out Lana translated incorrectly leading to another match that the feud doesn't deserve.
The 4 way was ok and Rollins finishing with the pedigree was genius. What next for each participant? Ambrose, Reigns and Orton have all had protracted feuds with Rollins and need a change. And we are still waiting for the inevitable Kane blow up. I reckon it will be Rollins/Kane at the Chamber.
Rating for Payback? 3.5 out of 5.

I am not the biggest fan of women's wrestling but why let Emma win big before losing to Asuka?

For me it was a mess. I was surprised the Shield were supposed to have been reunited at a PPV like TLC instead of one of the big ones, but the introductions of Kane and then Angle into the mix made no sense.
No doubt Strowman will destroy Kane soon, but it was a waste of The Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus who all look a lot weaker.
