I am very confused about which direction the Kevin Owens story is going at the moment.
He has been battered and terrified by Strowman, then he sits in the ring after his loss to Rollins and quits. The following week he rocks up again and attacks Lashhley and finally he leads the charge from the back to attack the Shield.
I really hope the WWE aren't going to use his mic skills in a feud with Lashley who has none, but will eventually squash him in the ring, but I fear they will.
He is out of the title matches at thee moment and until Sami comes back, I can't really see what else they can do with him.

I agree mate, I've got no idea what they are doing with KO. I worry they will just feed him to Lashley. That would be a mistake IMO. I think KO is a great performer and I'm not a fan of Lashley at all.

It looks like RAW has put it's serious face back on, all based on the growing rivalry between the Shield and the Strowman/ Dolph/ Drew alliance.
Also HHH giving his speech about meeting Taker (I care very little about this, but always a thrill to here Taker's entry music),
I do hope this is a genuine move to change RAW and that this new rivalry lasts a while before the predictable Ambrose turn. I really enjoyed the Shield/ Wyatt feud and this has the potential to be better.

I really enjoyed Raw, ending was the bollox although I am partial to a hound of justice or three. Fingers crossed it continues in the same vein.

On RAW the announce team were so over the top praising Reigns it was hysterical.
Repeatedly saying how he did it for the guys in the back, for the WWE Universe, how he was so brave issuing a challenge the day after Summerslam, how big his heart is and on and on. Apparently the only things he didn't do was to stop a runaway school bus or save some drowning puppies.
I wait to see what else he has done on the next RAW.

Jim Neidhart has died at the age of 63. The cornerstone of the Hart Foundation first with Brett and then Owen.
A legend of the ring.
Thoughts are with Nattie.
RIP Anvil.

Well, a petty average PPV with a couple of rubbish matches (Divas was awful and Barrett/Neville was pointless) and some good ones.
I am liking the New Day more and more and Kidd & Cesaro are talented enough to be able to sell the match. New Day are the best heels in the tag team division for a long time. Be interesting to see how they cope at the Elimination Chamber in a cage and no outside interference.
I enjoyed the Sheamus/Ziggler match but this feud has now run it's course. Both will be in the Chamber for the IC belt which Sheamus will win. Heel champ for the IC while Cena holds the US.
Speaking of Cena, another good match with Rusev, but I wish the ref didn't have to stick the mike in to ask if either quit so many times as it interrupted the flow of the match. Of course we will find out Lana translated incorrectly leading to another match that the feud doesn't deserve.
The 4 way was ok and Rollins finishing with the pedigree was genius. What next for each participant? Ambrose, Reigns and Orton have all had protracted feuds with Rollins and need a change. And we are still waiting for the inevitable Kane blow up. I reckon it will be Rollins/Kane at the Chamber.
Rating for Payback? 3.5 out of 5.

I enjoyed the show. The most impressive thing for me was that they managed to put Reigns over and at the same time managed to make both Lesnar and Strowman look strong. Shows what the writers can do when they put their minds to it.
Mind you, they will have real trouble making the crowd dislike Lynch after she turned on Flair.

I suspect Roman will win and win clean. Surely it is time for a full time champ again?
Wouldn't be surprised if Brock finally leaves in a Batista-esque strop.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that there are issues with Bryan's contract and that the WWE are being hesitant putting him in the title picture until it is sorted out.
If it is, there are other rivalries apart from Styles that look decent. Joe, The Miz and Nakamura would all be fun.
It would be pointless to have a feud with Kane if and when Team Hell No breaks down.

Take Over rocked it. NJPW always rock it. WWE pay per views? So lame in comparison. The main match on Smackdown was better than anything at MITB.

I don't think any of us were surprised. Punk just isn't a MMA fighter. I won't have a go at him for trying as it takes an enormous amount of guts but in reality he was rubbish.
I can't see him coming back to WWE either. He could make a lot of money in the independents if he does return to wrestling and that would fit him far better.
