What does everyone think of Seth Rollins return so far? I just can't see who Rollins would face just now if he loses at MITB and I can't see creative taking him straight out of the title picture?

I personally feel that it will go down the lines of a Triple Threat being lined up for the main event at Summerslam?

Rollins (c) vs Reigns vs Ambrose (MITB winner)

Rollins Could go face and face Triple H at Summerslam. Maybe they could go down the line of "you never cared when I got injured and you just replaced me with Sheamus ect" Rollins Vs Trips has been rumoured for a long time now.

2.) 25 May 2016 17:16:12
If they split the title with the Brand Split, then they could have Seth win the new title at Battleground. Then at SummerSlam Reigns and Rollins would each be defending a title, with the new MitB winner able to cash in on either.

It would make for some good tv having Roman and Seth each with a title and Ambrose lurking around with MitB.

Rollins will either face HHH at Summerslam or they will do the Shield Triple threat IMO. I'd be happy with either of those. I wanted to see a Shield Triple threat at WM but Summerslam is fine and if it goes well and we have some 'turns' between now and then then they could do it again at WM. The other way they could go is to keep the feud with Reigns going until Summerslam. If they do this I think they might do a double turn at Summerslam.

Does anyone on here have any opinions how creative could introduce the Bullet Club into the WWE?

I have a feeling that they could be introduced at the Royal Rumble and possibly feud with the Wyatts. Have the Wyatt family look very strong as they have done in previous years with all 4 members starting off early in the Rumble and all remain in the closing 8-10 members. At this stage have Finn Balor enter and have a stare down with all 4 Wyatts, at this point the lights could go out with the remaining members of the Bullet Club coming out to back up Balor and have them brawl/eliminate the Wyatts, thus setting up a proper feud to Wrestlemania and having The Bullet Club look strong and turning The Wyatts.

I think this could work as it would give The Wyatts a proper meaningful feud cause I can't see Bray being involved with the WWE title picture.

Another way that could be interesting would be to introduce the Bullet Club after Wrestlemania and feud with likely Champions Reigns, Ambrose and Uso's the first Raw after Mania. Have this feud go on for a while and ultimately have The Uso's taken out - meaning Reigns and Ambrose are constantly outnumbered - queue Seth Rollins/The Shield return?!

Either way I would think would have people interested about The Bullet Club, which from what I have seen of them is deserved!

Right now, it looks like Styles is going to fly solo, with Anderson, Gallows, and possibly Tama Tonga (If he signs) joining Finn in NXT to officially form Balor Club. A potential TakeOver event next month or March to WrestleMania: Live from Toronto (March 12th), being where they most likely debut. Then they'll likely be made the focal point of TakeOver:Dallas, with Zayn and allies being the opposition.

What happens after Wrestlemania, for not only BC but for everyone, is probably largely dependant on Vince's future and the futures of Undertaker, Cena, and Orton.

It's looking like the Dusty Rhodes Classic is going to be a yearly thing, with the final being at the SummerSlam TakeOver special. That is the only thing so far that could indicate that Balor Club may stay in NXT through the summer.

2.) 21 Jan 2016 20:01:07
I don't think they will introduce Balor at the Rumble. When they do put him on the main shows they will want the full Demon entry. If he did that at the Rumble, he would be overtaken by at least 2 other entrants.

Does anybody else think Cena will somehow get involved in the Rollins vs Sting title match? I don’t believe that he will just accept his screwy finish and not want any sort of rematch or do you think this will happen at Survivor Series?

1.) 31 Aug 2015 16:17:37
I'm hearing Seth will be having 2 matches at NOC defending the US title against Cena & the WWE title against Sting. Only if Seth beats Cena in a screwjob will he probably get involved in the Sting match.

2.) 31 Aug 2015 16:38:07
The rumored plan is to have Rollins defend both titles at NoC, in separate matches. WWE title vs Sting and the US title vs Cena.

Sting will open RAW tonight, there will be a Divas beat the clock challenge to crown the #1 contender, and Ziggler vs Rusev has also been advertised. By the end of the night most of the card should be set for NoC.

{Ed008's Note - Night of Champions has to feature every WWE title. I don't want to see Ziggler vs Rusev again at that PPV. Give the Divas 20 minutes for a match like Takeover and other mid-card Titles aswell.

3.) 31 Aug 2015 17:24:47
Ziggler vs Rusev at NoC, still looks to be a mixed tag match with Lana and Summer.

{Ed008's Note - If it's not for a Title it shouldn't be on the card IMO

4.) 31 Aug 2015 18:53:32
I agree ed. Even with half as many titles in play as when they started doing NoC, stuff like mixed tag matches have no place on the card.

I think they should have the three NXT titles defended at NoC, or at least make any non-title match a #1 contender's match. If nothing else do a tournament with the final at NoC and the winner gets an arbitrary title of champion of the summer or 'The Summer of (insert name.)'

5.) 31 Aug 2015 19:39:13
Is the NXT title being defended? It would be good if they just used all NXT titles also rather than putting on non title matches.

6.) 01 Sep 2015 00:36:03
The NXT title isn't being defended at NoC.(At least there is no rumored or expected plan to do so.) I was just using the NXT titles, and them being defended at NoC, as something they could/should do in place of pointless matches like the rumored Ziggler & Lana vs Rusev & Summer mixed tag match.

7.) 01 Sep 2015 09:59:27
Using the NXT 3 titles you have enough title matches to fill a card.

I say do it.

If Seth goes through a match with Cena and comes out with the belt, its much more likely Sting could actually win later in the night.

Sheamus cashing in on Sting seems much more realistic as well.

8.) 01 Sep 2015 16:33:36
There seems to be a growing feeling that Sheamus won't cash in until around may of next year. Mostly because he's going to be in the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie that is scheduled to come out on june 3rd.

I'd still prefer that he was just put in, and lost, a match with the contract on the line.

9.) 02 Sep 2015 15:43:23
I'd like to see Shemaus cash in for a match of his choosing at a PPV rather than the tired way of running in when the champ is laid out.

If they had a Raw from Dublin and he pre demanded his title shot in Dublin Pub Brawl or something it would make for a memorable episode, by comparison to running down pinning a guy after 10 seconds and losing the title a month later.

What does everybody think about the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at Summerslam - especially if Cena can't be in it? For me I would said Summerslam is normally advertised as one of the biggest PPV outside of Wrestlemania and there may not be a title match? Or if Cena does make it will they book it as usual - Cena battles back from a terrible injury to defy the odds and win? I know they can't help Cenas injury but why was he even involved in the first place?! He is doing a good enough job with the U.S. Title, just leave him there!

I am enjoying the Taker vs Brock feud but should this really be the headline macth at the 2nd or 3rd biggest PPV? I feel that it sort of demises the World Heavyweight Championship. I feel that this should have been the PPV that Reigns should have got his title shot if creative have decided that he is the one to go with.

If creative do have a surprise up their sleeves, maybe a return for Daniel Bryan to face Rollins, I hope that they keep it quiet to add some real surprises back in WWE.

If Cena can't go, I could see them having Rollins do an "open challenge." If nothing else they would probably use HHH or Kane. As for why Cena is involved in the first place. It's partly because it's always WWE's plan to fix poor tv ratings and partly because of ROH and their recent "true champion" storyline.

For me, where Undertaker vs Lesnar is on the card should depend on what the planned ending is. If it sets up Sting vs Undertaker at Mania, it's my main event. If it's almost anything else, it's my second or third to last match.

Reigns is getting there but SummerSlam in Brooklyn is definitely not the place to give him another WWE title shot. The Brooklyn crowd is the reason he's tagging with Ambrose in the first place.

RAW this monday, will be in Washington close to Daniel Bryan's home town. Maybe he'll be there. They should also have a better idea on the availability of Cena and Ryback by then.

Spoiler?

Owens will be facing Balor in a ladder match at NXT: Brooklyn the night before SummerSlam.

2.) 07 Aug 2015 11:03:54
I personally hope Cena makes it and Seth gets the sort of win that makes people respect his reign.

Like when he beat Ambrose without any help.

Beating Cena clean is a right of passage for anyone looking to go from being a top star to a mega star.

I'd be stunned if Taker and Brock doesn't go on last.

3.) 07 Aug 2015 18:10:56
Cena will be on Tough Enough this tuesday, so it's already looking more likely he'll be ready for SummerSlam. It's also starting to look like Cena vs Rollins will be the standard three ppv rivalry.

I have enjoyed this site for a couple years now since I really got back into WWE but this is my first post, so here it goes!

I am really enjoying the current roster atm and Lesnar returning will only make things better but I have a few issues that annoy me every single week. The first (and probably main) is the constant dubious endings and/or disqualifications during matches. Take Rollins for example, why not let him have a pinfall win, clean or not, rather than getting DQ’d through interference by J&J or Kane ect. Hopefully this may improve now as it looks like The Authority seems to have almost turned their backs on him but I just think it makes him look very weak as a champion.

The next point and it has been mentioned before is I think the titles should change hands more frequently. I know creative try to build up fueds but having fillers like Rollins vs Ambrose just seems like a waste of time. Why not of had Ambrose win at Elimination Chamber cleanly and then Rollins win it back at MITB? It would just add more excitement, especially if there was title changes in an edition of Raw.

I’m not sure of where creative are going atm, especially after Battleground. I can see Lesnar winning and perhaps joining The Authority but I think Rollins will turn face, setting up a match with Triple H at Summerslam. Anybody else have any views to as where WWE will go after Battleground?

P.S Keep up the great site and discussions!

the problem with frequent title changes is it devalues the title. Think about MMA or boxing how often is the title defended, twice a year at the most. The WWE World Heavyweight Title being defended should be a big deal and therefore changing title holder should also be a big deal, if it changes every PPV how is that a big deal? I personally hated when they played hot potatoe with the title. Also the main event scene isn't really strong enough to do it. Back in the attitude era I can see why you had Austin, Rock, Taker, Kane, Foley, HHH and towards the end Jericho who were all deserving of holding the strap. The roster isn't that stacked at the moment. Also I am really enjoying the attempt at re-establishing some prestige to the midcard titles espcially Cena as US champ, I'm not his greatest fan but I am really enjoying his reign and open challenge. For me I would be happy with it not being defended every PPV have the mid card titles or number 1 contenders match headline some and have the WWE title defended say every other to give time for proper stories and rivalries to grow

2.) 16 Jun 2015 16:18:03
I agree in a way that the WWE Title should not be changing every PPV but I don’t think once every so often would do any harm. Wrestling is obviously scripted but I think during the main events everyone can predict who will win, I felt that back in the day there was very often surprises which I feel WWE is lacking just now. I think as you said, if the title is going to be defended then make sure it is a proper match, with a proper build up, with a proper finish that either competitor could walk away with the title.

I also agree that the current roster isn’t up to the same standard as in big names like the Attitude Era but I think a few definitely have the potential to grow to massive names.

I am also enjoying what they are doing with Cena and the open US Title championship and I hope they continue it when he drops it and they should be bringing a bit more prestige back to the Intercontinental Title with the likes of Reigns, Wyatt and Ziggler all competing before making the jump to World Champ.

3.) 16 Jun 2015 17:28:15
I think you just hit the nail with the hammer, I agree like I want it to be like it used to be where you never know what could happen now days its so easy to tell who or what will happen. I blame the PG Era tbh I mean I understand the little kids but growing up that's how wrestling was for us so why change wha was so great. well it's simple WWE has no companion to compete with so they really don't have to have those big headlining match and also the wwe network they believe if you want to see those matches you can use the network but its not as good. pleaseeeeee bring back more attitude and bigger and better matches

4.) 17 Jun 2015 02:41:37
It won't get better until Vince is no longer the final decision maker. If we're lucky, Wrestlemania 32 will be his farewell and he'll then let HHH actually run things.

It will still be a work in progress, but finally having someone running things with a passion that Vince hasn't had since the 90's when his livelihood was on the line. Will be the biggest step in the right direction, to make things great again.
