How would people feel if superstars starting having more time off?
For instance Seth Rollins has nothing to do at the minute so rather than just chucking him in random feuds have him off tv for a bit and then build up his return when he can be inserted in either title picture. There is so much tv now that I feel the wrestlers are struggling to become stars.
Take Ambrose for instance he has been in the IC title picture for months and now people are bored of him.
Just sticking guys in random matches is not the way forward, it does more harm than good.
We all hate the part timers but look how big they all are and it's because the fans have the opportunity to miss them, seeing Rollins or Ambrose (just examples there are many more) is not a must see. I really think taking people of tv for a bit and giving them vignettes for their return could give some a boost. Just my opinion of course but I'll be interested to hear others.

In theory I like the idea. Pointless feuds and tag team ups are a waste of the wrestler's time and add nothing for the proper fans. In addition an occasional break would keep the wrestler fitter and give a chance for the niggling injuries they all carry to heal. It would also help keep the shows fresh as someone who hasn't appeared for a few weeks makes a surprise entrance.
In practice I am not sure the WWE would allow it. RAW has to fill hours and needs most of the roster to do so. If, as some rumours say, the show will be back to 2 hours in 2019, then maybe it could work.
Wrestle-by-number fans expect to see a wrestler's finishing move at each show and the WWE are only too pleased to give it to them.
I personally would like to see your idea but I doubt we will be given the opportunity.

The guys and girls need to be out there to earn their money, but they don't need to be on TV.
Its not really time off, but there is no reason why you couldn't have put the fairly nothing Rollins Wyatt feud on as a dark main event and built up some anticipation for their return.

Chuffed for ambrose, think it means more for smackdown to have that title. Not happyhow strong reigns was made to look. Kicking out of the pedigree was a bit much.
I'm guessing Steph will say raw needs a title so brings back the WHC with Rollins reigns Owens and zayn in a fatal fourway.

I'd be mad that Reigns kicked out of the Pedigree if it was anything close to a shock that it happened. With all the things Rollins is capable of doing, I hope it leads to him getting a new finisher.
With Reigns, as long as they're done with him being 'The Guy. ' I'll probably be okay with him. Evenmoreso if he's downgraded to Batista jr.

I'm chuffed for Ambrose as well. Definitely the right decision to have the WWE belt on Smackdown, and JBL did his only good bit off commentary in ages when he actually put over the fact the WWE title was only on Smackdown. Smackdown needs the title more and it will be interesting to see what they do going forward. My guess is Ambrose v Wyatt for WWE title at Summerslam. I agree it was annoying how strong they made Roman look. I reckon Steph will bring back the big gold belt but I think it will just be Reigns v Rollins. My guess for Summerslam cars, I'm guessing they go 4 hours:

That's quite a few matches even for four hours so a few of these will
get bumped to the pre show. I think that's a pretty good card, Even the undercard is pretty strong. I wouldn't pick Darren Young but they seem to be giving him a bit of a push. Other that that though I think that's quite a likely card (including pre show) and I'd be happy with that.

but this is why I am happy for the draft as now at each ppv a match should mean something rather than four random stars in a tag match.

I haven't seen all if RAW yet but I've seen the opening segment. If Reigns doesn't win that number 1 contender tournament then my money is on Balor winning. So I'd change my card to Rollins v Balor for WWE Universal Title (what a stupid name! ) and Reigns v Rusev for US title. That makes the card even better so hopefully I'm right!

For me, I would allow outcomes of matches to change through the match, then the fan has no idea what's coming. also let the best become the best don't force them down the throats!

actually play a fantasy booking game.
TEW 2005 is free to download, and you can download a patch that fills it with real world stats and stars for free as well.
I used the first year to bury talentless over guys and the expense of highly skilled guys.
Now the top of the card on the 3rd biggest promotion in the world looks like Adam Cole, Eddie Kingston, AJ Styles, CM Punk, Chris Jericho, and Rob Van Dam.
I also acquired Stone Cold and The Rock for part time bookings.

Realistically I'd like to see Wrestling matches count for more, a fixture list, and league table wouldn't go a miss. No match should count for nothing.
I'd obviously like to see the story lines and language get more mature as well, but I'd still reserve blood or hardcore matches for once or twice a year to end big feuds.
I'd never book anyone on TV for more than a year, if someone is on telly that long they get stale. They would get a few months off, they could still work dark matches, but I'd want them off my shows and out of the stories.

I agree about matches needing to mean more. The matches on RAW where Zayn and Ryder were fighting to be in the IC title match at Extreme Rules felt more important than a standard RAW match.

There is a computer game developer called Sports Mogul, that makes management simulators with the ability to make an insane amount of customizations. It would be awesome if they made one for WWE.
All the sports they do, allow you to start anywhere between the 1st year there was an official championship game or series, up to the year the game came out. Pretty much everything can be customized, from the players, the stadiums, and the league itself. They even let you pick a year that women make it into the sport.
Use their software for the basis of the game and bring in people like the ones that make TEW for the promoter/ booker gameplay. If you want to get super nerdy, allow people to produce the matches by determining which moves are done and when.

The Grey Dog games are more than fine enough for me.
They have just launched TEW 2016 this month.
I will be paying for it for the first time, once the mega nerds have had a fair crack to make real world updates.
I love it, but I don't love it enough to sit customise the amount of respect garners in the WWE locker room compared to Bruce Pritchard.

What if after reigns got the beat down from gallows and Anderson Vince makes him realise he needs insurance and gets them on board with him. At the ppv they come running down to make the save for reigns. Everyone's surprised but next night on Raw Vince makes Reigns have an open challenge. Everyone expects AJ but out comes Balor with Gallows and Anderson kitted out in bullet club attire, beat down and new champ! I just think that Reigns won't have it for long due to lack of coverage for a champ, and it would make Balor relevant immediately.

With the Authority rumoured to be appearing on Monday's RAW, they will need some muscle to help them out. I suspect Gallows and Anderson to launch a surprise attack on AJ, then out comes the Demon for a Balor led Bullet Club as that muscle.
A Balor/ AJ feud could be fantastic.

Looking at who appeared on Raw last night does anyone else feel that they may still head towards the brand split. Smackdown has always been seen as the lesser brand but what if they took cena and ambrose plus shane managing it? May give it a boost, and with the amount of tag teams they may need the two brands to keep them all relevant.

I would love it to happen and I had lost all hope after Shane lost at Mania. Based on what happened on RAW though I have no regained full hope. Vince putting Shane in charge of RAW anyway could start an angle. Maybe Vince comes back next week and says that the RAW Shane put on was the best rated in a few years and he just can't ignore that. He could put him in permanent charge of RAW and move Steph and HHH to Smackdown.
I think there are enough top name stars if we look at the big picture. You have your big names such as Reigns, Cena, Orton, Rollins but you also have a lot of guys that are there but have not had a significant time with the belt yet such as Owens, Barrett, Ziggler, Styles, Cesaro, Ambrose and Wyatt. 2 Brands = 2 Main events = more opportunities to build new stars.
Same with the tag teams at the moment there are only so many they can showcase and by splitting them in half across 2 shows more people will get opportunities.

Either way I would be very happy to see a roster split back. Just to add a little variance every week. At least then only 1 show would be 50% HHH and Steph promos not both.

Rusev should win, whether he will or not is a different matter. But a win for Rusev over Reigns would be a massive boost. However I expect reigns to power out of the accolade into a superman punch. #isthatcenaindisguise.

I think you could do that with the US/ Intercontinental titles, rebrand those slightly either by the colour or the belt itself.
But each brand could put up there top contender on some ppv's to determine who would go forward to be No1 contender and let the `main title` roam free, that way they can have time of air or have a match with anyone from either roster.
