Rollins to cash in at wm 31.

So the MITB contract expires before the next MITB PPV which would be June 14th, Wrestlemania is March 29th so that's about 10 weeks for a possible cash in. With Lesnar more or less leaving after Raw after Wrestlemania, Roman Reigns needs an opponent for the Extreme Rules PPV so I expect a Rollins cash in before that PPV.

I can see it at Wrestlemania, Reigns and Lesner slug it out and Reigns wins the title, and with him in a hell of a state from the beating he takes Rollins cashes in and wins the title

He'll cash in at WM or the Raw after WM.

The MitB time limit would depend on how technical the WWE wanted to be. The contract is supposed to be valid for one year and MitB is two weeks earlier this year than it was last year. So it is conceivably possible for the MitB winner this year, to cash in their contract anytime between the time he wins it on June 14th until the end of June 28th and then have Rollins cash his MitB in on them immediately after.
