Enzo on paper is everything a manager should be, but why pidgin hole him, he has some in ring talent.

Great mouth, small, and good at taking bumps does smell like a manager to me.

Hopefully years of him working with Cas, then when they're ready he will get his head kicked off, and put Big Nasty Cas over.
