I sat and watched the NWO documentary on the network, and the little bit on the end about how it never really worked in the WWE made me go and watch Wrestlemania 18 again.

The Rock vs Hogan is an unbelievable piece of story telling, but there are "Rocky Sucks" chants, they boo every move he hits, they boo when he wins, and Hogan chants drown out any Rock supporters.

All this on the night when the torch was being passed, and he was being crowned the new face of the WWE.

Perhaps Roman will be ok after all?

Kind of agree with you Bessex but it's a bit different as Rock isn't handing over the torch to Reigns. Cena still has a firm grip on that unfortunately

Those boos did ensure perhaps the best heel run of the last fifteen years though. Heel Rock 2003 was comedy gold

The first thing I watched on the network was that match and yes it led to the best heel turn with the rock as above great comedy loved watchin him the only downfall to the match was him coming back to help hogan I would have let the 2 knock him into next week!although I've always hated hogan since a kid lol and still do!
