Now this may be a controversial one but here we go. I don't think NXT is being used right. For me NXT is supposed to be about building the next future stars of the WWE. However currently we have guys like Joe, Nakamura, Roode, Young and Aries who are all established stars who would thrive on the main roster. We also have Asuka dominating the women's division too. These established wrestlers are taking the place of the people who need to learn how to effectively perform in front of a crowd. I know it would reduce he quality of NXT somewhat but it would give them more chance to give more rookies a stage to prove themselves. I only say this because I have seen reports recently saying that Nakamura will stay down in NXT to be the main face and Asuka will stay down to be the main face of the women's roster. It just doesn't seem to me to be the best way to use NXT or Nakamura. The guy is at hi peak and mid 30s. He is a licence to print money. Get him on the main stage.

I genuinely believe NXT needs to keep hold of stars in order to keep filling arenas.

The young learners need great pros to work with.

I'd like to see NXT more heavily involved in the draft, perhaps taking guys back down, as well as offering a few up.

A great part of NXT's appeal is that it is separate and has it's own distinct character. It also comes across as a show that is Vince free.
I am sure Nakamura and the other top professionals are well compensated for their wrestling, but I am equally sure they would all like the chance to perform on the biggest stage of them all and of course that is the WWE proper.
The WWE are more concerned about TV audiences than arenas being full and creative positioning of cameras can make it seem that most arenas are sold out anyway.
Personally I would like to see some of the 'names' come to the main shows, but some will have to remain to help create the next stars.
I know this is a bit of fence sitting, but Nakamura, Joe and Roode really should be given the chance. Maybe they can be replaced by some of the fading stars such as Swagger who could then extend their own careers.

I think it's too cluttered right now. I'm sure 205 will take the CWs away, but it's still going to be crowded. Joe and Roode definitely need to be moved to a main roster. Joe should get the call after SvS, and they'd be stupid not to debut Roode in the Rumble Match. If RAW gets the IC title, Dillinger should be put on RAW after SvS. Aries, Nakamura, Asuka, and Mickey James, if she is back to stay, should be brought up by the end of Mania week.

I agree on using fading stars. I think Curtis Axel could do a good job in a chief Morely type role as an assistant to Regal. With some of the hosses coming through, Mark Henry would be a great opponent/ mentor for them.

There is a list as long as your arm of guys who (like Ryder) would benefit from going down to NXT, working decent programs and showing off their skills.

I only took notice of NXT because of Zayne vs Cesaro.

I don't see why top NXT stars can't have some interpromotional work to continue to build them.

I'd love to see Joe be the guy that beats Lesnar, but he doesn't need to leave NXT to do that. I could raise the profile of everyone that's ever beat him as well.

Interesting to see everyones take on Joe.

He belongs on the main roster but I don't think we will see it. Simple answer: Trips books NXT and Vince Raw and SD. Whilst Trips has a vision to employ more WRESTLERS (Roddy Strong, Joe, Aries, Nakamura) Vince likes to make new stars.

Joe only has 5 years prime left in him and I just don't see Vince getting Joe's style.

Still he put the strap on Styles so maybe he's changing.

I think Vince has to OK everything, but I'm sure he allows others to write more than he ever has.
