Don't know if I've been watching too much Game of Thrones but what about 3 warring factions? Could have the Authority who are heels, the Rebels who are faces and one of just baddasses who hate both factions maybe called like The Outsiders or something.

This I believe would open up many possibilities and possible storylines plus give airtime to midcarders.

Could have the Authority led by HHH and Steph with the likes of Orton, Rusev, Rollins, Rybaxel etc.

The Rebels could be led by Rowdy Roddy Piper (ideally led by Punk but he's gone) and speak out against Authority regularly. Could include Reigns, Bryan, Ziggler etc

Then finally the Outsiders just messing everyone up without any real leader (a storyline in itself) with the likes of Kane, Ambrose and the Wyatts.

People would be forced to pledge their alliance etc and it could run up to a titanic battle at WM.

What do you all think?

Perhaps the badasses could be invaded by a biker group that is made of masked wrestlers and as they are reviled they turn out to be the guys sacked by the company in recent months.

I think the idea has legs, I'd like to see more groups form to make matches like Orton beating one of the Uso have a point.

It instantly becomes Orton attacked an Uso to get at John Cena, then have Cena at ring side bad mouthing Orton on commentary, and a dull nothing match suddenly has purpose.

Sounds similar to a&8 storyline from TNA. Although I would like to see more factions. I love days of dx apa ministry the nation etc. Think having flair involved with a young heel stable zggler miz etc and sting leading likes of ascenion corey graves could be interesting

The biker type rebels could easily be led by Taker returning in his American bad ass role. He just manages them.

If you had a biker type gang, with Taker as leader/manager type, one person who WWE could of used proper was Albert/Tensai. Albert at he's intercontinental champion period. WWE wasted him. Anyone of the former shield members would fit. Even Ziggler going on a mean streak, switching to leathers. Not too shoddy a plan

Taker as a manager in his Big Evil persona could be interesting, but rather than a masked biker gang (too much like Aces&8s) just have him lead a group of under appriciated guys who he mentors against the injustice of WWE, kind of play up his conscience of WWE thing he did against Albert and Lesnar in 2002. Or if Taker's health not up to it, have Sting fill the mentor role

Sorry guys, I was being facetious about the idea of having a good guy faction vs a bad guy faction by literally suggesting the recent Aces & Eights story.

I think factions are good, but they should stick with groups of three, four, and five, and hey should have more to them than they are good and they are bad.
